The Happy Life System™ Master Service, Membership, Coaching & Participation Agreement

    Welcome to The Happy Life System™.

    We are honored to support you on your journey of intentional parenting, leadership, emotional growth, family transformation, and personal expansion.

    This Master Service, Membership, Coaching & Participation Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms, conditions, expectations, policies, payment obligations, community standards, intellectual property protections, and participation guidelines associated with all Happy Life System™ products, services, memberships, coaching experiences, live events, educational programs, communities, and digital platforms.

    By enrolling in, purchasing, accessing, participating in, or using any Happy Life System™ offer, platform, membership, coaching container, event, community, or educational experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.


    Section 1 — Definitions

    For purposes of this Agreement:

    "HLS"

    Refers to The Happy Life System™, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, coaches, representatives, successors, assigns, and authorized partners.

    "Client," "Member," or "Participant"

    Refers to any individual purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any HLS program, service, membership, event, or coaching experience.

    "Programs"

    Refers to all HLS educational products, memberships, coaching services, live events, digital resources, communities, downloads, curriculums, trainings, and implementation systems.

    "Platforms"

    Includes but is not limited to:

    • Skool
    • Stripe
    • WebinarJam
    • EverWebinar
    • ActiveCampaign
    • WhatsApp
    • Zoom
    • Meta platforms
    • ManyChat
    • Websites
    • Community software
    • AI-assisted systems
    • Messaging systems
    • Third-party software providers

    Section 2 — Educational & Coaching Disclaimer

    The Happy Life System™ is an educational, coaching, leadership-development, and implementation-focused platform centered around:

    • parenting leadership
    • emotional regulation
    • intentional family culture
    • communication
    • routines and structure
    • accountability
    • personal growth
    • leadership development
    • raising world-ready children

    The Happy Life System™, Lauren Magers, Happy Life Certified Coaches, contractors, team members, affiliates, ambassadors, and representatives are NOT acting as:

    • licensed therapists
    • psychologists
    • psychiatrists
    • medical providers
    • healthcare professionals
    • legal professionals
    • financial advisors
    • crisis counselors

    Nothing contained within:

    • coaching
    • videos
    • messaging
    • downloads
    • trainings
    • community discussions
    • educational materials
    • live sessions
    • support communications
    • AI-assisted systems
    • implementation guidance

    constitutes:

    • therapy
    • medical treatment
    • psychiatric care
    • trauma treatment
    • psychological diagnosis
    • legal advice
    • crisis intervention
    • mental health counseling

    Participation is voluntary and educational in nature.

    Clients remain solely responsible for:

    • parenting decisions
    • discipline methods
    • family decisions
    • educational decisions
    • child safety
    • emotional and mental health decisions
    • implementation choices
    • seeking licensed professional support when appropriate

    Section 3 — Payment Authorization & Payment Plan Terms

    By enrolling in any HLS offer, the Client authorizes HLS and its payment processors to process payment through Stripe or other authorized providers.

    The Client agrees:

    • to complete all payment obligations associated with their selected purchase
    • that payment plans are financing arrangements for the full program investment and not subscriptions unless explicitly stated
    • that recurring memberships renew automatically until canceled
    • that failed payments may result in suspended or revoked access
    • that access may be restricted until accounts are brought current

    Payment Plan Acknowledgment

    By selecting a payment plan, the Client understands and agrees:

    • they are financially committing to the full program investment
    • participation level does not alter payment obligations
    • unused access does not eliminate payment responsibilities
    • coaching utilization does not affect financing obligations

    Collections & Recovery

    Late or failed payments may result in:

    • suspended access
    • revoked access
    • collections activity
    • legal recovery efforts
    • additional administrative fees where permitted by law

    Section 4 — Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

    The Client agrees to contact HLS support directly and attempt good-faith resolution prior to initiating any chargeback, dispute, reversal, or payment complaint with their financial institution.

    The Client acknowledges:

    • digital access may begin immediately upon enrollment
    • educational materials and intellectual property are delivered electronically
    • participation activity, platform access, downloads, coaching attendance, and login records may serve as proof of service delivery

    Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

    • permanent removal from all HLS platforms
    • collections activity
    • legal enforcement of unpaid balances
    • restriction from future participation

    Section 5 — Refund Policy

    Due to the digital nature of:

    • educational content
    • coaching access
    • implementation systems
    • community access
    • downloadable materials
    • intellectual property
    • live trainings
    • support resources

    all purchases are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

    Refunds are not guaranteed.

    Refund requests, if reviewed, remain solely at the discretion of HLS.

    No guarantees are made regarding:

    • parenting outcomes
    • emotional outcomes
    • behavioral outcomes
    • relational outcomes
    • personal transformation
    • business outcomes
    • implementation success

    Results vary significantly based on:

    • participation
    • consistency
    • implementation
    • effort
    • personal circumstances

    Section 6 — Community Standards & Confidentiality

    All participants agree to:

    • communicate respectfully
    • avoid harassment, threats, or abusive conduct
    • avoid hate speech or discrimination
    • avoid spam or solicitation
    • respect community privacy
    • maintain confidentiality of member discussions
    • avoid sharing private coaching or member content publicly without permission

    Participants may NOT:

    • scrape member information
    • harvest contact data
    • redistribute private discussions
    • share screenshots of private communities without consent
    • impersonate HLS representatives

    HLS reserves the right to remove access at its sole discretion for violations of community standards without refund.


    Section 7 — Intellectual Property

    All HLS materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Happy Life System™.

    This includes but is not limited to:

    • videos
    • curriculums
    • systems
    • frameworks
    • branding
    • language
    • graphics
    • downloads
    • worksheets
    • coaching materials
    • presentations
    • educational resources
    • proprietary methodologies

    Clients may not:

    • reproduce
    • redistribute
    • resell
    • republish
    • teach proprietary frameworks publicly
    • share login credentials
    • upload HLS materials elsewhere
    • commercially exploit HLS content

    without prior written permission.

    Unauthorized use may result in:

    • immediate removal
    • revoked access
    • legal enforcement
    • intellectual property claims

    Section 8 — Testimonial, Media & Content Release

    By participating in HLS, the Client voluntarily grants permission for HLS to use:

    • testimonials
    • written feedback
    • photographs
    • screenshots
    • video submissions
    • likeness
    • community wins
    • shared experiences

    for:

    • marketing
    • educational
    • promotional
    • advertising
    • sales
    • social media
    • website
    • community
    • business purposes

    Materials may be edited for clarity while remaining truthful.

    No royalties or future compensation are owed.

    Clients waive approval rights to final published materials.

    If a Client wishes specific content not be shared publicly, written notice must be submitted to support.


    Section 9 — AI, Technology & Platform Disclaimer

    HLS may utilize:

    • AI-assisted systems
    • automated messaging
    • implementation automations
    • recommendation systems
    • AI-supported customer support
    • digital community tools

    These systems are designed to support educational delivery and operational efficiency but do not replace professional judgment or individualized professional care.

    HLS is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms including:

    • Stripe outages
    • Skool outages
    • WebinarJam interruptions
    • Meta platform disruptions
    • Zoom outages
    • hosting failures
    • internet interruptions
    • software malfunctions
    • cyber incidents beyond reasonable control

    Section 10 — Limitation of Liability

    Participation in HLS is voluntary.

    The Client acknowledges:

    • outcomes vary
    • implementation varies
    • no guarantees are made

    HLS, Lauren Magers, coaches, affiliates, contractors, ambassadors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for:

    • parenting decisions
    • emotional outcomes
    • family outcomes
    • indirect damages
    • consequential damages
    • lost opportunities
    • software interruptions
    • third-party platform failures
    • force majeure events

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to HLS during the prior 12 months.


    Section 11 — Force Majeure

    HLS shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

    • natural disasters
    • internet outages
    • cyber incidents
    • pandemics
    • government actions
    • labor disruptions
    • software outages
    • illness
    • emergencies
    • power failures

    Reasonable efforts will be made to restore services as quickly as possible.


    Section 12 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

    Both parties agree to first attempt good-faith informal resolution.

    If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California unless otherwise required by law.


    Section 13 — Electronic Consent

    By checking the agreement box, signing electronically, or completing purchase, the Client acknowledges:

    • electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement
    • electronic signatures carry the same legal effect as physical signatures

    Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in any Happy Life System™ program, membership, coaching experience, event, or community.


    Exhibit A — Happy Life HQ™

    A. Program Services

    Happy Life HQ Includes:

    • 12-month access to the full Happy Life System™
    • Complete video curriculum
    • Parent & child resource hub and workbooks
    • Life skill and habit cards
    • Systems & implementation blueprint
    • Private member community
    • Monthly live training with Lauren Magers
    • 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (included only in select packages)

    Coaching availability, frequency, and duration are determined by the specific package selected at the time of enrollment.

    B. Program Fees & Payment Terms

    By enrolling in Happy Life HQ, the Client agrees to the following:

    Program Investment: $2,997 USD

    Payment Options:

    • Paid in Full: $2,697 (one-time payment)
    • 12 Monthly Payments: $269/month ($3,228 total)
    • 9 Monthly Payments: $353/month ($3,177 total)
    • 6 Monthly Payments: $519/month ($3,114 total)
    • 3 Monthly Payments: $1,018/month ($3,054 total)

    All payments are processed via a secure third-party provider and are subject to their terms and conditions.

    Late payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current. Continued non-payment may result in account escalation and collections processing. Accounts that remain unpaid beyond a reasonable period may be subject to additional collection actions at the discretion of The Happy Life System Team.

    Payment Plan Acknowledgment

    By selecting a payment plan, the Client understands and agrees:

    • The payment plan is a financing option for the full program investment, not a subscription.
    • The Client is responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation, usage, or completion of the program.
    • Payment plans are structured as financing for the full program investment and are expected to be completed. Any exceptions (including pauses or adjustments) are made solely at the discretion of The Happy Life System team.
    • Failure to complete payments may result in revocation of access and/or collections activity.

    C. Refund Policy

    We believe deeply in the power of this system and the results it creates when fully implemented. Because of that, all sales are considered final.

    Refund requests will only be reviewed if the Client has demonstrated full participation and implementation of the program. To be considered, all of the following must be completed:

    • Minimum 90% attendance of all live coaching sessions
    • Verifiable completion of all assigned workbooks and assessments
    • Active participation in the community (minimum of 3 meaningful posts per week)
    • Consistent implementation of at least 90% of the core system strategies
    • Completion of a required exit interview with a Happy Life System Success Manager
    • Return of all physical materials (if applicable), unmarked and in original condition

    Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of The Happy Life System Team based on demonstrated effort and lack of measurable progress.

    Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • Change of mind or financial situation
    • Lack of time, engagement, or participation
    • Misalignment with program content or philosophy
    • Technical issues outside of our control
    • Personal circumstances or external events

    D. Scheduling & Availability

    Live trainings and calls are subject to scheduling changes. Reasonable notice will be provided, and clients agree to accommodate adjustments when possible.

    E. Program Evolution

    Happy Life HQ is an evolving platform. Content, materials, and features may be updated, added, or refined at any time to improve client experience and results. These updates do not warrant refunds or compensation.

    Curriculum Overview

    The Happy Life System™ includes the full Elements framework:

    Exhibit B — Happy Life Club™

    Membership Terms

    Monthly Membership:

    • $39.99/month
    • automatically renews every 30 days

    Annual Membership:

    • $399/year
    • automatically renews every 365 days

    Cancellation Policy

    Members may cancel prior to renewal.

    Cancellation stops future renewals only.

    No prorated refunds are provided.


    Exhibit C — Coaching Terms

    Coaching may include:

    • 1:1 sessions
    • group coaching
    • WhatsApp support
    • implementation guidance

    Coaching access exists only during active enrollment periods.

    Unused sessions:

    • do not roll over
    • do not convert to cash value
    • expire at the end of the access term

    Exhibit D — Live Event & Webinar Terms

    Live events and webinars may include:

    • live virtual trainings
    • replays
    • downloadable materials
    • community engagement

    Participants agree:

    • not to record or redistribute events
    • that replay availability may vary
    • that schedules may change when necessary

    HLS is not responsible for technical interruptions caused by third-party platforms.


    Exhibit E — Ambassador & Affiliate Terms

    Ambassadors and affiliates agree:

    • to comply with FTC disclosure requirements
    • not to make misleading claims
    • not to guarantee results or income
    • not to misrepresent HLS
    • not to use spam marketing methods

    Commission structures, payout timing, and referral attribution rules are outlined separately within the Ambassador Program materials.

    HLS reserves the right to terminate ambassador participation at any time for violations of policy or brand standards.


    Final Acknowledgment

    By participating in The Happy Life System™, the Client acknowledges and agrees:

    • they have read and understood this Agreement
    • they understand payment obligations
    • they understand coaching limitations
    • they understand membership renewal policies
    • they understand participation is voluntary
    • they understand results depend on implementation
    • they voluntarily agree to participate in HLS programs and services
