The Happy Life System™ Master Membership, Coaching & Enrollment Agreement

    We are honored to support you on this journey of intentional parenting, leadership, emotional growth, and family transformation.

    This agreement outlines the terms, expectations, policies, coaching scope, payment terms, community standards, and participation guidelines associated with all Happy Life System™ programs, memberships, coaching services, and educational experiences.

    By enrolling in any Happy Life System™ offer, membership, coaching container, or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

    Section 1 — General Program Disclaimer

    The Happy Life System™ is an educational and coaching-based platform focused on:

    • parenting leadership
    • emotional regulation
    • family systems
    • structure and routines
    • communication
    • accountability
    • intentional family culture development
    • personal growth and leadership

    The Happy Life System™, Lauren Magers, Happy Life Certified Coaches, team members, contractors, and affiliates are not licensed:

    • therapists
    • psychologists
    • psychiatrists
    • medical providers
    • healthcare professionals
    • legal professionals

    Nothing within:

    • coaching
    • educational materials
    • memberships
    • community discussions
    • messaging
    • live sessions
    • videos
    • downloads
    • emails
    • resources

    constitutes:

    • therapy
    • mental health treatment
    • psychiatric services
    • medical advice
    • legal advice
    • clinical counseling
    • diagnosis or treatment

    Participation is voluntary and educational in nature.

    Clients are responsible for seeking licensed professional support when appropriate.

    Section 2 — Payment Authorization

    By enrolling in any Happy Life System™ offer, you authorize payment processing through Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

    You agree:

    • to complete all payment obligations associated with your selected purchase
    • that failed or incomplete payments may result in suspended access
    • that payment plans are financing arrangements and not subscriptions unless otherwise stated
    • that recurring memberships renew automatically until canceled

    Clients agree to contact The Happy Life System™ support team directly to attempt resolution prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.

    Late or failed payments may result in:

    • suspended access
    • revoked access
    • collections activity
    • additional recovery measures

    Section 3 — Refund Policy

    Due to the digital nature of:

    • educational content
    • community access
    • coaching services
    • intellectual property
    • downloadable materials
    • implementation systems

    all purchases are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

    Refund requests, if reviewed, remain solely at the discretion of The Happy Life System™.

    Refunds are not guaranteed.

    No earnings, parenting, behavioral, emotional, relational, or transformational outcomes are guaranteed.

    Section 4 — Community Standards

    All members, clients, and participants agree to:

    • communicate respectfully
    • avoid harassment or abusive behavior
    • avoid hate speech or threats
    • respect community confidentiality
    • avoid spam or solicitation
    • participate appropriately within the community

    The Happy Life System™ reserves the right to remove access for violations of community standards without refund.

    Section 5 — Intellectual Property

    All:

    • videos
    • downloads
    • systems
    • frameworks
    • language
    • branding
    • graphics
    • coaching materials
    • resources
    • educational content

    remain the intellectual property of The Happy Life System™.

    You may not:

    • reproduce
    • redistribute
    • share credentials
    • teach proprietary frameworks publicly
    • resell content

    without written permission.

    Unauthorized distribution or sharing may result in immediate removal from programs or memberships without refund.

    Section 6 — Testimonial & Media Release

    By participating in The Happy Life System™, you voluntarily grant permission for The Happy Life System™ to use:

    • testimonials
    • screenshots
    • written feedback
    • video submissions
    • photographs
    • likeness
    • shared wins or experiences

    for:

    • marketing
    • educational
    • promotional
    • advertising
    • sales
    • community
    • business purposes

    This may include use in:

    • websites
    • social media
    • email campaigns
    • advertisements
    • videos
    • presentations
    • printed materials
    • community content

    You understand:

    • materials may be edited for clarity or formatting while remaining truthful
    • no royalties or future compensation are owed
    • you waive approval rights to final published versions

    If you do not wish specific content to be shared publicly, written notice must be submitted to support.

    Section 7 — Limitation of Liability

    Participation in The Happy Life System™ is voluntary.

    You acknowledge that:

    • parenting outcomes vary
    • implementation results vary
    • no guarantees are made regarding outcomes or transformation

    The Happy Life System™, Lauren Magers, coaches, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for:

    • parenting decisions
    • emotional responses
    • personal outcomes
    • family outcomes
    • indirect damages
    • consequential damages
    • third-party platform interruptions
    • software outages
    • payment processor interruptions
    • force majeure events beyond reasonable control

    Section 8 — Force Majeure

    The Happy Life System™ shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control including:

    • natural disasters
    • internet outages
    • software interruptions
    • acts of government
    • pandemics
    • emergencies
    • labor disputes
    • platform outages
    • illness
    • power failures
    • cyber incidents

    Reasonable efforts will be made to restore services as quickly as possible.

    Section 9 — Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Section 10 — Dispute Resolution

    In the event of any dispute arising from participation in The Happy Life System™, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith informal resolution.

    If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California unless otherwise required by law.

    Section 11 — Electronic Consent

    By checking the agreement box and completing purchase, you acknowledge that your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement and electronic signature.

    Exhibit A — Happy Life HQ™ Terms

    1. Program Overview

    Happy Life HQ™ is the flagship implementation and coaching experience within The Happy Life System™ designed to help parents create calmer, more connected, emotionally intelligent, and intentionally structured homes.

    This is not simply parenting education.
    This is leadership development implemented inside the home.

    The Happy Life System™ focuses on:

    • emotional regulation
    • intentional leadership
    • family structure
    • communication
    • accountability
    • standards
    • personal growth
    • raising world-ready children

    The goal of Happy Life HQ™ is to help families build culture by design rather than by default.

    2. Program Services

    Happy Life HQ™ may include:

    • 12-month access to the Happy Life System™
    • Complete video curriculum
    • Parent and child workbooks/resources
    • Life skill and habit implementation tools
    • Systems and family structure training
    • Private HQ member community
    • Monthly live trainings with Lauren Magers
    • Coaching support (included only in select packages)
    • Messaging support (included only in select packages)
    • Accountability and implementation guidance
    • Bonus resources and evolving educational content

    Specific services, coaching access, support level, frequency, and communication structure are determined by the selected package at enrollment.

    3. Curriculum Overview

    The Happy Life System™ curriculum may include:

    Additional content, tools, systems, and resources may be added, updated, refined, or modified at any time.

    4. Coaching Philosophy & Scope

    Happy Life HQ™ coaching exists to support implementation of the Happy Life System™ inside your home and life.

    The coaching relationship is focused on three primary objectives:

    Leadership Alignment

    Strengthening emotional regulation, standards, clarity, communication, and decision-making so parents lead intentionally rather than reactively.

    Personal Expansion & Elevation

    Supporting growth as a parent and leader because personal leadership directly impacts family culture.

    System Implementation

    Installing practical systems, habits, accountability structures, and routines that operationalize the Happy Life System™ in real life.

    This coaching relationship is implementation-focused and educational in nature.

    5. Coaching Limitations

    Coaching does NOT include:

    • therapy
    • trauma processing
    • psychiatric care
    • medical advice
    • legal advice
    • marriage counseling
    • psychological treatment
    • mental health diagnosis
    • crisis intervention

    Anything outside the defined coaching scope may be redirected appropriately.

    Clients are responsible for seeking licensed professional support when appropriate.

    6. Coaching Delivery

    Depending on the selected package, coaching may include:

    • 30-minute live coaching sessions
    • group coaching
    • asynchronous coaching support
    • WhatsApp support
    • email support
    • implementation accountability
    • hybrid support models

    Support structure, frequency, response windows, and coaching availability vary by package.

    7. Session Policies

    • Clients are expected to arrive on time
    • Sessions are structured and time-bound
    • Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time
    • 24-hour cancellation notice is required
    • No-shows may be forfeited
    • Late arrivals do not extend session length
    • Messaging support is not real-time communication

    8. Access Period

    Unless otherwise specified:

    • HQ access lasts 12 months
    • coaching access remains active only during the purchased term
    • messaging access expires with the active access period

    Unused:

    • coaching sessions
    • messaging access
    • support opportunities

    do not:

    • roll over
    • extend automatically
    • convert to monetary value

    9. Payment Terms

    Payment options may include:

    • Paid in Full
    • Multi-payment financing plans

    Payment plans are financing arrangements for the full program investment and are not subscriptions.

    Clients remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation or completion.

    10. Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of digital access, implementation systems, coaching support, and educational content, HQ purchases are generally non-refundable.

    Refund requests, if reviewed, remain solely at the discretion of The Happy Life System™.

    Exhibit B — Happy Life Club™ Membership Terms

    1. Membership Overview

    Happy Life Club™ is the community-based membership experience within The Happy Life System™ designed to provide ongoing parenting support, leadership development, community connection, and implementation guidance.

    Membership may include:

    • Private community access
    • Educational resources
    • Bonus content
    • Community discussions
    • Parenting implementation support
    • Exclusive member updates and materials

    2. Membership Options

    Monthly Membership

    • $39.99 USD/month
    • Automatically renews every 30 days unless canceled

    Annual Membership

    • $399 USD/year
    • Automatically renews every 365 days unless canceled

    3. Automatic Renewal Authorization

    By enrolling in Happy Life Club™, you authorize recurring billing based on the membership option selected at checkout.

    4. Cancellation Policy

    Members may cancel at any time.

    Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date to avoid future renewal charges.

    Upon cancellation:

    • Monthly members retain access through the end of the active 30-day billing cycle
    • Annual members retain access through the end of the active 365-day billing cycle

    Cancellation stops future renewals only.

    No prorated refunds are provided.

    All membership payments are non-refundable due to:

    By completing enrollment, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • You understand membership renewal policies
    • You understand results depend upon implementation and participation
    • You voluntarily agree to participate in The Happy Life System™
