    1. Welcome to Happy Life System™

    1.1 Introduction

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by Fun Shui Game Systems, LLC, doing business as Happy Life System™ ("HLS," "we," "us," or "our").

    These services include, but are not limited to:

    • Membership programs
    • Educational content
    • Skool community
    • Coaching and live sessions
    • Parenting and family wellness tools

    Access is available through https://www.laurenmagers.com, affiliated websites, mobile apps, and other platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

    PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by them.

    1.2 Modifications to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” above and may notify you via Services, email, or as required by law. Updates take effect 14 days after posting, unless immediate changes are needed for legal or feature reasons.

    1.3 Privacy

    We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to these practices.

    2. Access and Use of the Services

    2.1 Use Description

    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Public sharing, resale, or redistribution without written consent is prohibited. We may revoke access at any time.

    2.2 Registration Obligations

    Access to certain Services requires registration. You must:

    • Provide accurate, up-to-date information
    • Be at least 13 years old (with parental consent if under 18)

    Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

    2.3 Account Responsibility

    You’re responsible for your login and all activity under your account.

    • Keep your password confidential
    • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

    2.4 Modifications to Services

    We may change or discontinue parts of the Services without notice. We are not responsible for data loss unless otherwise required by law.

    2.5 Usage and Storage

    We may impose storage limits. We are not liable for content loss due to inactivity, deletion, or account termination.

    2.6 Mobile & SMS Program

    Happy Life System™ SMS Program

    • Program Description: You may receive SMS updates, reminders, and offers. Frequency varies.
    • Cancel: Text STOP anytime to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation.
    • Support: Text HELP or email info@thehappylifesystem.com.
    • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not responsible for delayed/undelivered messages.
    • Rates: Message/data rates may apply.
    • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for SMS-specific practices.

    2.7 Refund Policy

    • Refunds are not available for Terms violations.
    • Otherwise, full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, unless required otherwise by law.

    3. Conditions of Use

    3.1 User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
    • Harass, impersonate, or threaten others
    • Spam, scrape, or disrupt operations

    We may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account termination.

    3.2 Fees

    Current membership pricing:

    • $297 – The Happy Life Experience Level 1
    • $1,997/year or monthly plan – Level 2
    • $5,500 one-time – VIP Level 3 (Klarna/Afterpay available)
    • $30,000 – Lauren's Legacy Circle Mentorship (by application only)

    All fees are in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

    3.3 Recurring Subscriptions

    • Plans renew automatically
    • Failed payments may lead to suspension
    • We will notify you of price changes
    • Cancel anytime via info@thehappylifesystem.com

    Note: No partial refunds are issued after the 30-day window.

    3.4 International Use & Export Controls

    Services must be used in compliance with U.S. export laws. You are responsible for adhering to your local laws when accessing our content.

    3.5 No Commercial Use

    Our Services are for personal and family growth only. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale without permission is prohibited.

    4. Intellectual Property

    4.1 Ownership

    All content, software, and trademarks are the property of Happy Life System™. Unauthorized use revokes your access.

    4.2 Third-Party Content

    We are not responsible for third-party content or services accessed through our platform.

    4.3 User Content

    You retain rights to your content but grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use it within our Services. Marketing use requires your consent unless anonymized.

    4.4 Health Disclaimer

    We provide general wellness and parenting advice, not professional medical, legal, or psychological services. Always consult a licensed expert before implementing advice.

    4.5 Copyright Complaints

    To report infringement, email: info@thehappylifesystem.com with:

    • A description of the copyrighted material
    • The URL/location of the infringing material
    • Your contact details and a statement of good faith

    4.6 Counter-Notice

    If you believe your content was removed in error, send a written counter-notice including your contact info, a statement of mistaken removal, and your consent to jurisdiction in California. We may restore the content within 10–14 days unless legally restricted.

    4.7 Repeat Infringers

    We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright rules.

    5. Third-Party Websites

    We are not responsible for the content or policies of external sites linked in our Services.

    6. Social Networking Logins

    We may allow login through third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram). Use of data through such platforms is governed by their privacy policies.

    7. Indemnity and Release

    You agree to indemnify Happy Life System™ from any liability arising from your use, your content, or violations of these Terms.

    California residents waive Section 1542 of the Civil Code (and equivalent statutes elsewhere).

    8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee results, availability, or accuracy. Use is at your own risk.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:

    • $100, or
    • The total you paid in the six months prior to the claim,

    whichever is greater.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, due to inactivity or violations. Your license ends immediately upon termination.

    11. Disputes Between Users

    You are solely responsible for any interactions with other users. We are not obligated to intervene in user disputes.

    12. General Provisions

    • Governed by California law
    • Disputes go to Los Angeles County courts
    • Claims must be filed within 1 year
    • If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder still applies
