    Before the titles...

    before the business...

    before the books and speaking...

    I'm a mom. And like most parents, I started this journey asking the same questions you probably have.

    How do we actually build a happy home?

    How do we raise kids who grow up strong, kind, and capable?

    How do we create a family culture that feels calm, connected, and meaningful?

    Because if we're honest... No one really teaches you how to run a family. There are systems for businesses. Systems for sports teams. Systems for schools and organizations.

    But when it comes to parenting, most of us are handed advice, opinions, and a lot of pressure... and told to figure it out. That never made sense to me. So I started searching for answers. Not just in books. But in real life. Inside my own home.

    By the age of 25, I was a wife and mother of four including two adopted sons by 22 building a thriving blended family while also pursuing big dreams.

    At the same time, I was building businesses. I had been a Division I soccer athlete on a full-ride scholarship, which taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of strong systems.

    I kept noticing something at home.

    So I began inventing something different. Over years of studying leadership, psychology, human development, and family culture and testing everything inside my own home. I created what is now known as the Happy Life System.
